Nutriously conscious meals & snacks are prepared daily by our in-house
Chef Domonique Carter. Students will also partake in daily hands-on health & nutrition classes as part of our unique curriculum.
Coming Spring 2014 students and teachers will become co-laborers & designers of our raised-bed produce gardens. It is our desire to consume freshly harvested fruits and veggies from our very own backyard. This will also instill in our students a love for nature and working with the earth and an appreciation of things that grow.
